Refund policy

Return Conditions:

  • We hope you love your purchase! However, if for any reason you need to return an item, we offer store credit.

  • All items must be returned to us with the original invoice and in the same condition they were received.

  • Returns must be sent within 10 days of being delivered and a store credit will be issued once processed. Please note that the credit will cover the price of the item(s) only and will not include any shipping and handling charges.

  • We will notify you via email once the store credit has been issued.

Damaged Items or Incomplete Orders:

  • While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, if you receive an item in damaged condition or believe your order is incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To help us assist you promptly, please include a picture of the imperfection or damage along with your order number in your communication.

  • Once you receive instructions from us, please ensure that the item is returned to our warehouse within 10 days of communication.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Items must have original tags attached.

  • Items must be stain-free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.).

  • Items must be odor-free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.).

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Items discounted 20% or more are a FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
  • Items labeled "SEASONAL" can only be returned for a different size.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue store credit.
